whoops, forgot to say i will be flying
to my grandmama's house straight after
the last class
which happens to have no internet
so no updates since
well i made up for it, it's now fairly up to date
but i missed the post where i'm supposed to say
merry christmas to you all
but i'm now in time to say

it's a whole new world

whole friday went and acted for group tham jiayung shena joanne and chaogia
then whole night rush rush for editing and compositing, which stretched till morning
then go class pass up which immediately after act for my own group
then went home and my brain was like 'you sleep now or die', so i did, the former
then i woke up and realized i forgot about dinner

usually for dinner i go out to mingtien at 7 or 8 and go to the same stall
and eat the auntie's mix rice thing, almost every night, it's like a routine
but now it's past midnight and most of the mamak stalls i go to are closed
night mingtien stalls are different than day mingtien stalls
so i was like okay then, this is a chance to break away from routine
and eat something other than rice, yeah yeah
and i walked around, whoa, so many food which i did not know existed
i mean, yea i know there's food but i don't eat them that's all
made me realize how much malaysian life i'm actually missing
then i was like, oh yea, bakuteh, haven't had that in like ages
so i ordered and when it came it was like rm 10 and i was like
whut whut whut that's 3x more than my usual rice whuuuut
but i ate it anyway and it was good bakuteh, so we're all happy

some windows 7 fun

just for fun i tried installing windows 7 on my compaq
(obtained from a friend who's pleasantly happy using it)
so yea, bye bye xubuntu
took a total of 3 hours getting it up to base
(for some reason have to install xp first)
looks pretty, whooo, pretty and shiny
then i was expecting some fancy windows greeting sound
hey, where's the sound
speaker thingy icon has a red pankah on it
puh, windows 7 has no driver for my built in altec lansing
it's ok, maybe it's old
let's look at some internet help
oh not connected
cannot detect any networks
after a while i discovered wireless card driver
also not compatible
whuuuuuuut ? could have told me that like an hour ago
puh puh whuut ? annoying vista permissions still there ?!?!

oh noes

i has watched a moveh, out of peer pressure
they said wanna watch a movie and i said yes
and we saw twilight, new moon
my non movie watching streak, ruinnnned
anyway, it was pretty chickie flickie
and being typically guy i liked the action bits
fwoosh, and also the face punch movie bit
if there was ever a movie like that
i would surely watch it, it has awesome all over it
all in all it was a pretty good movie
with a pretty weird ending
