i would like to keep my comic like a you've discovered a secret
passage sort of thing and people stumble on it and be like whoa
instead of being forced to go there
or they can stumble on it and be like meh
i'm ok with that too

vlc faster faster

got a bit fedup of how the windows media player handles playlists,
miss my itunes but i don't use it cos it doesn't look nice on the
windows side and i'm an interface fuss pot
anyway, exported the bunch to m3u playlist data and opened it on
vlc and was pretty contempt for that moment,
then came the exciting part
those 2 arrows at the side of the timeline ? by common gui standard
it means next and previous song but when i pressed it, it makes the
current song speed up and down
which gave me a complete laugh for about 20 minutes as i sped up
my songs by a factor of 1.5 or 2
it was awesome, it gave the effect of extra steroids to the music,
plus crack
not all of them had the effect though, but i found it works most
effectively on classic slow rock musics like hotel california
(the eagles) and have you ever seen the rain (credence clearwater
revival)
edit - ooh, riight, the previous / next media in playlist buttons
are actually sandwitching the stop button, oh duuh
