anyway, i've been reading a lot about iframe and why
it should not be used cos it's not a valid w3 standard,
but i've been using it a lot and it seems compatible
with all the major browsers, so i don't really know
what the big fuss is about
anyway took out chunks from the header and footer to
keep to my minimalistic theme
also, tried looking around for methods on how to auto
refresh or auto clear browser cache so the end user
(you) don't have to but failed miserably
so i guess you're stuck to manually refreshing the
pages from time to time, yea
