ok ok, i can safely say this will be the last time (in a long while) the main koleksigr is now in tumblr (http://koleksigr.tumblr.com/) check it out
i'll give you the quick run though of the advantages
like any modern websites it makes use of server side includes (those are php pages which any html is dynamically altered according to certain specifications and fetches, which i can't for the life of me figure out how to code manually)
one html / css for all
(that means i only need to alter the html / css on one page and it is changed for all, unlike previously when i change one code in a page i have to make the same changes for all the others, this obviously gets more tedious the more pages i have)
everything can be edited online
(why yes, super, no more relying on ftp clients which disconnects a lot and take ridiculously long times to upload tiny kbs of files)
tags and organization of data
(oh, server side includes again, posts can be reorganized to how you want to see things, using tags, awesome, when i want to add content to a page for example previously i have to fire up dreamweaver, edit a line of coding, then reupload the new html, now i can just add a post and it'll organize itself accordingly)
auto refresh and hopefully some google
(mmm, now the currently working on is -actually- current instead of a browser cache of the same picture, plus theres a better possibility of it being indexed on google, on zymichost the chance is quite close to 0 because i dunno the code)
an added bonus is that my previous design can almost faithfully be reproduced in tumblr's advanced theme editor
the only thing is that cannot use javascript on pages (darn), no biggie, the easyslider.js for the comics are cool but not very practical so i wouldn't really miss that (sniff), and the final project page which has the prettyphoto.js is still on zymichost so that'll still work
ohya, darn, no iframe, it's not a ww3 standard but i totally abuse it, well i need it for the chatbox so i'll find a way somehow
